What is the principle of the blower:

1.Roots blower, Roots blower is a fixed capacity fan, the amount of air delivered is proportional to the number of revolutions. Three-bladed impeller is inhaled and discharged three times by two impellers. Compared with the two-blade type, there is less gas pulsation, less load change, high mechanical strength, low noise and less vibration. Since the impellers rotate at the same speed in opposite directions, a certain amount of gas surrounded by the box and impeller is transferred from the suction side to the discharge side. The impellers are always kept in the correct phase by synchronous gears and do not contact each other, so it can run at high speed without internal lubrication, and has a simple structure, stable operation, stable performance and is suitable for a variety of roles. It has been widely used.

2. Centrifugal blower, the working principle of centrifugal blower is similar to that of centrifugal blower, the difference is that the air compression process is usually carried out under the action of centrifugal force through several working impellers (or multiple stages). As the motor rotates to drive the fan impeller, the gas between the blades in the impeller also rotates and is expelled by centrifugal force. The gas velocity increases, so the gas converts kinetic energy into hydrostatic energy during the flow. As the fluid is pressurized, the hydrostatic energy is converted into velocity energy and the gas is discharged through the exhaust port, creating a negative pressure in the middle of the impeller. Since the inlet is negatively pressurized, the outside air is immediately under atmospheric pressure. Gas replenishment is carried out with continuous rotation of the impeller, and continuous discharge and replenishment is carried out, resulting in continuous blowing of air. When a single-stage, high-speed centrifugal fan is in operation, the impeller is driven by the shaft to rotate at a high speed. The gas flow enters the high-speed rotating impeller from the inlet shaft and becomes radial flow and is accelerated, then enters the diffusion chamber, changes the flow direction and decelerates. The kinetic energy in the high-speed rotating airflow is converted into pressure energy (potential energy), thus maintaining a stable pressure at the fan outlet.

3. Rotary Blowers, Rotary blowers operate eccentrically on an eccentric rotor in a cylinder and vary the volume between the four blades in the rotor groove to draw in, compress, and discharge air. During operation, the differential pressure of the blower is used to automatically transfer lubricant to the drip tip, which then drips into the cylinder to minimize friction and noise, and also prevents backflow of gas in the cylinder.
