A. Cooling fan start-up test

B. Cooling fan protection test

1, rotating body locking protection

2. Polarity protection

Under normal voltage conditions, if the fan is energized by reversing the power supply for 15 minutes, and then reconnected to the normal polarity after power failure, all functions will be normal.

3. Insulation impedance

Under the condition of 500V DC, the resistance of the outer frame and the positive pole of the wire is not less than 10MΩ.

4. Insulation strength

In 5mA leakage current, AC500V conditions for 60 seconds, the fan frame and wire without abnormalities, proving good insulation.

C. The cooling fan floor test
